About the Founder: Chaim Marks

Chaim Marks founded The Hire Mark with a clear vision: to transform recruitment through personalized attention, industry expertise, and genuine care for both clients and candidates. With over a decade of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and executive search, Chaim has earned a reputation for connecting organizations with top-tier talent that drives meaningful, long-lasting success.

Prior to launching The Hire Mark, Chaim served as the Director of Recruiting at Golden State Health Centers, managing recruitment efforts for over 1,200 employees across multiple locations. This role sharpened his deep understanding of organizational needs, operational excellence, and the critical importance of cultural fit in successful hiring.

Chaim also held a pivotal role at Platinum HR Management, where he gained extensive experience in payroll, human resource strategy, and talent management. His diverse background across key sectors—including healthcare, education, manufacturing, and Office Administration Roles—equips him uniquely to identify, attract, and secure outstanding candidates for his clients.

Driven by a commitment to integrity and exceptional results, Chaim personally ensures The Hire Mark maintains its high standards of quality and personalized service. His leadership fosters a culture that values transparency, trust, and meaningful relationships.

When he’s not passionately guiding his team or meeting with clients, Chaim enjoys spending time with his family, exploring his hometown of Los Angeles, and honing his skills on the golf course.
